International Women's Day 2020: Kiara Advani, Malaika Arora, Taapsee Pannu, Karan Johar Pen Inspiring Messages To Celebrate Womanhood

Today’s the day when the entire world celebrates and empowers the existence of the phenomena known as women. It’s the International Women’s Day 2020 today and people, including celebrities, from across are pouring in their wishes and messages to celebrate womanhood. The list includes Karan Johar, Taapsee Pannu, Jacqueline Fernandez, Kiara Advani, Malaika Arora, Shilpa Shetty, Hema Malini and Rishi Kapoor among others. Acclaimed personalities like former Indian Sachin Tendulkar and the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi, too, shared some inspiring messages.

Kiara Advani wrote, “Happy Women’s Day to all you amazing ladies out there! Be yourself and love who you are, you don’t need anyone’s validation but your own! Big love to all of you!” Filmmaker Karan Johar had a strong message to share. He wrote, “Women don’t need a celebration or any validation! That’s what a man needs when he truly understands the power, the impact and the force of a woman! #HappyWomensDay2020”

Taapsee Pannu shared a picture of herself, along with the entire female cast of her latest outing Thappad and filmmaker Anubhav Joshi, and wished Women’s day. Malaika Arora penned a long inspiring post and emphasised on how a happy woman is. Shilpa Shetty shared her two cents on gender equality with a hard-hitting message. Actress-turned-politician Hema Malini wrote, “It is that day of the year when women are lauded throughout the world & recognised for their contribution to family & society. Happy Women’s Day to all you lovely ladies out there!”
